Our popular Choral Workshops are a rare and rewarding opportunity for keen amateur singers to explore a variety of music inspired by The Sixteen’s own performances. Under the guidance of The Sixteen’s associate conductor Eamonn Dougan and singer and practical scholar Sally Dunkley, sessions include advice on vocal technique, as well as performance interpretation and historical context.
The repertoire for our 2020 workshops will include music by Josquin as well as Victoria’s Tenebrae Responsories.
The music and a letter confirming all workshop details will be sent out one month in advance.
Workshops are limited to 75 places and refunds can only be offered if the place is resold. We operate a waiting list system so please do contact us if places are currently sold out.
Please contact Isabel if you have any questions or problems relating to your workshop booking, either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 020 7936 3420.
Get £5 off when you purchase a Choral Workshop ticket and a ticket to the Choral Pilgrimage concert at St James’s Church, Spanish Place on 6 July 2020 in the same transaction. This offer will be flagged to you during the booking process.
