Genesis Sixteen Lunchtime Concert: Stroud

Genesis Sixteen presents a programme of sacred and secular choral works ranging from early Renaissance polyphony to 21st-century song. The afternoon’s concert will also include three world premieres of works by emerging composers Philip Cooke, Marco Galvani and Joseph Phibbs.

Now entering its seventh year, Genesis Sixteen remains a pioneering training scheme for the next generation of young ensemble singers. In addition to high quality vocal training from conductor Harry Christophers, associate conductor Eamonn Dougan and members of The Sixteen, participants also receive specialist training in vocal health and business skills.
