Sounds Sublime Choral Festival

Sounds Sublime Choral Festival, is a special annual event curated by The Sixteen, showcasing the passion, joy and diversity of the human voice.

Taking place in July each year, our Sounds Sublime festival has been a successful part of The Sixteen’s schedule for eight years, showcasing the talents of emerging young artists and offering audiences the opportunity to access live music they might not otherwise have been able to, often for free.

In 2025 Sounds Sublime focusses on ‘youth voice’, emerging talent and pathways into the industry. It includes interactive workshops for: 0-5’s; 6-11 year olds and 12-18 year olds, and provides a platform for children’s choirs and youth choirs to come together and perform.
