Conditions of Sale
Every member of the audience, including children where applicable, must have a valid ticket
Latecomers may be admitted in accordance with the relevant venue policy, but this cannot be guaranteed
Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience
The Sixteen reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance or a performance is sold out and we are able to sell on the ticket.
Children under the age of seven are not permitted at Sixteen promoted concerts.
The Sixteen reserves the right to limit the number of concessionary tickets available at any performance
Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment should be silenced before entering the auditorium
The Sixteen reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than The Sixteen. Failure to comply will make tickets void. Your statutory rights are not affected.
