We are excited to announce that our 2020 Sounds Sublime Festival will take place on Facebook this Saturday 18 July.
Now in its seventh year, this one-day celebration of choral music has featured ensembles across a wide variety of vocal styles, highlighting some of the UK’s brightest young vocal talent and introducing audiences to the incredible diversity of the human voice.
This year’s festival will showcase 10 years of the Genesis Sixteen scheme with a different musical offering every hour from members past and present. This will be complemented by live interactive events for all ages which will run by The Sixteen’s wider family throughout the day. All events will be available to watch back if you are unable to attend live.
So whether you fancy immersing yourself in a full day of choral music, pausing your day for a few minutes or so to listen to the Genesis Sixteen Virtual Lunchtime concert or ending your day with a choral meditation, there will definitely be something to suit your mood.
