The health and safety of our audiences and staff is very important to us and we look forward to welcoming you to our concerts.
Government guidance continues to suggest that you wear a face-covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet (exemptions apply). Therefore we encourage all audience members to wear a mask during our performances if they are able.
We ask you not to attend if you have tested positive for, or are showing symptoms of coronavirus, or if you have been asked to self-isolate.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and / or have been asked to isolate as part of the government’s Test & Trace system, we will refund your tickets in full or offer you a credit voucher if you prefer.
You can request a refund by calling our box office on 0333 010 2850 or by emailing email@example.com. You will be asked to provide evidence to support your refund request e.g. a photograph of a positive lateral flow test result, or your test & trace notification. Please note, refund requests can only be accepted prior to the event taking place.
