Emily joined The Sixteen in 2010, following two years in Manchester as Concerts Administrator for the Northern Chamber Orchestra. Having been a girl chorister at Blackburn Cathedral, she went on to sing in the choir of Lincoln College, Oxford, and gained a degree in Music and Theology from Oxford Brookes University.

Emily can often be found running around The Sixteen’s concert venues, but when she isn’t on tour with the choir she enjoys chatting to her tomato plants, going for a swim or lovely long walks in the Warwickshire countryside.
