I grew up in Blackburn, with limited access to classical music, most of it being at the Cathedral where I sang as a chorister.
What would your dream performance be?
As part of an ensemble, Monteverdi Vespers. As a soloist, Elgar’s Gerontius.
What are you looking forward to with Genesis Sixteen?
I’m excited to meet to meet new people and make a high standard of music, learning from people at the top of the industry.
Outside of singing, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to watch a lot of sports, usually with a pint in hand. Football, darts and Formula 1 are my favourites.
Are you still in education?
